Return your order

Do you want to return products that you have ordered and received via our webshop? Read the return conditions below, so that your return/exchange can be properly processed. 

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. Based on your preferred exchange/return, we will send you another pair of gloves or give you a full credit. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Laimböck B.V. with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. 

Opened, used or damaged goods can also be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal (if necessary, compensation for lost value can be claimed).

In the unlikely event that you have received the item damaged, we would like to hear from you. Please send a short message to our email address: [email protected], and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Return conditions:

1. When returning items, we kindly ask you to fill in the return form (or packing slip) and send it along with the return parcel.

2. Goods must always be well packed to prevent transport damage. Items that are returned must be send undamaged and complete with packaging.

3. Damage and/or traces of use can be a reason to refuse the return items.

4. If a product (packaging) is returned damaged due to poor packaging, we will contact you by email or telephone. This only applies to returns

5. Return the package to: Laimböck B.V., I.B.R.S. / C.C.R.I. Number 536, 5750 VB, DEURNE, The Netherlands. Package can be dropped at Post-NL (Netherlands), Post-BE (Belgium) or Eurodis (Germany/Austria), or postoffice in other countries.

Please check the following points before returning your order to us:

• Your return shipment meets the return conditions (within 30 days)

• You have enclosed the return form or packing slip (with your notes) with your return shipment

How do I exchange a product?

Exchanging at Laimböck is always done in 2 steps:

Return the unsuitable product with a return label for credit.
Place a new order for the desired item in the Laimböck online shop.
